Before You Call

Do I have to switch if you quote me?

No. If your current policy is the better deal, we'll tell you that and you keep it. We'd rather be the agency you call next year than the one that talked you into a worse rate today.

How does an independent agency actually work?

A captive agent works for one insurance company and can only sell you that company's policy. We're appointed with 30+ carriers, so one application gets rated across all of them and we show you what came back. You buy the policy; the carrier insures you; we stay your agent for service and claims.

How many carriers do you compare?

30+, from household names like Travelers, Progressive and Liberty Mutual to specialty markets like Hagerty for classic cars and USLI for hard-to-place commercial risks.

Can you insure me after an accident, a ticket, or a cancellation?

Usually, yes. This is one of the things we're known for. We work with non-standard carriers who specialize in higher-risk drivers, and several of our Google reviews come from people who'd been turned away or quoted absurd numbers elsewhere.

How fast can I get a quote?

Auto and home rates come back instantly through our carrier portal, in about three minutes. Everything else is usually quoted the same business day. Certificates of insurance for contractors typically go out same-day.

Can you quote my current policy without me committing to anything?

That's most of what we do. Send your declarations page, we re-shop it across our carriers, and you get the numbers with no obligation. Nothing gets bound or billed without you saying yes.
